Thank you for your interest in our services. We are most grateful for the kind reception our work has received in our community since our opening in 2013. We are blessed with fantastic clients and are proud to call Durham home.
Our top priority is providing our clients with the personalized, quality care they and their trees deserve. We believe this is best achieved by remaining a small, family owned and operated company, running a single crew. This commitment to our roots does come with challenges for responding to requests as quickly as we’d like to, particularly after a major weather event, during our busy season, or after we reopen in August from our summer hiatus or over the holidays in March-April, November and December. We ask for your forgiveness and patience in advance.
Our commitment to client care also means we are unable to offer emergency tree services to new clients, though you are more than welcome to contact us to inquire about downed-tree clean-up or to ask for referrals for an emergency need. If you are an established client with an emergency need, please complete the below form, or contact us directly at humans@gratefultreesandbees.com.
Likewise, unless you are an established client, we are unable to offer assistance with real estate related assessments. We do invite requests for tree assessments after you have become the property owner.
Please note that we are closed for our winter break from December 20 – January 3. We will respond to your query when we reopen the week of January 6.
Jake’s first openings for a free assessment are in January and February. Operations are typically scheduled about three to four weeks after quote acceptance. If you need to move more quickly, please let us know and we are happy to provide referrals to other great local tree companies.
Thank you again for considering our services. We wish you each vibrant health and plenty of laughter, beauty, music and joy to ring in 2025!
