Pay What You Choose
In an effort to allow a wide range of property owners to give their trees, bees and land the loving care they deserve, Grateful Trees and Bees bids all work on a sliding scale.
The sliding scale ties to our labor and operating costs. The low end of the scale represents the minimum for which we are able to conduct our services. The high end of the scale represents the maximum amount at which we believe the job can be valued. Our clients choose at the time of payment where they elect to slide on the quote range, which will be duplicated on the invoice.
Clients on a fixed or low income may choose a figure at the lower end of the scale. Clients with a regular, reliable income may choose to pay at the high end of the range. All clients may also consider their satisfaction with our work, or any other metrics that are meaningful to them at the time.
We quote materials costs based on market price at the time we prepare the estimate. While we are unable to offer a sliding scale for plants or materials, we do try to provide our clients with a range of options when applicable to the job.
To ensure we conduct each job with the same quality of service, regardless of where our clients decide to slide, we will never inquire about our client’s decision.
